Carrier Delays
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Isla Frames is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Isla Frames is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.

Holidays & Peak Seasons
